• Monitoring Fee: 12 months is included. Monitoring after this 12 months is optional without a lock-in contract starting from $8.00 plus GST per week

• Warranty: 3 years warranty on parts and 3 years on labour.  This means there is nothing to pay if anything goes wrong in the first 3 years.
