Price & Installation Terms

All prices shown on this website are inclusive of GST, subject to change without notice and must be confirmed by a written quote from CustomLink.

 

Unless specified as installed prices, all prices shown are for the supply of system components only which installation materials and labour are not included.

Prices shown under Installed Packages are installed prices which include the supply and installation of the system components described in the associated sections. These prices apply to under-construction homes and businesses with ceiling height at no more than 4m and within 10 minutes drive (based on Google GPS) from Forest Lake centre only. Sites with ceiling height more than 4m and take more than 10 minutes to drive from Forest Lake centre are expected to cost more.​

Parts warranty is the manufacturer’s warranty and applies to all items supplied by CustomLink.

​

Labour warranty refers to the labour that CustomLink provides to repair or replace the parts under the warranty period. This is free of charge only if the parts were installed by CustomLink.

 

Unless specified otherwise the following items are not included in all installations:

• 240 Volt works

• Installation beyond the house walls, extra charges apply if this is required. For example: installation for intercoms and electric locks to the front fence or connection to driveway gate motor.

• Trenching, chasing, filling of gyprock or painting

• Cables run inside conduits or ducts for its entire length (this normally applies where walls or ceilings don’t have a cavity or where it’s impractical to run cables inside a cavity)

• Supply of any encoders or converter for audio, video or any other kind of signals

• Hiring or supplying equipment such as scissor-lift, boom-lift, scaffolding etc.

• Any lead-in cables such as telephone, internet, Foxtel, power from outside of customer's premises
