  • Control Panel: Security & Automation Controller with double backup batteries

  • Sirens: one inside and one outside

  • Keypads: one Touch Screen type with 6 shortcut keys. Each shortcut key can be customised out frequently used tasks

  • Arming Presets: 3 Sensor-Siren presets and 3 Sensor-Voice presets, however, you can also manually create more​

  • Remote Controls: a total of four 4-Button waterproof remote controls

    • Each button can be programmed to carry out a single or multiple functions

    • One remote can be programmed to have different functions to another remote

  • Detectors: a total of 12 alarm sensors providing up to 5 layers of protection

    1. First Layer of Protection

      • Includes 1 Gate Sensor for the gate. The system will alert you when the gate is open or closed. You can see the status of the door open or closed using your smartphone

    2. Second Layer of Protection (you can choose to position this as the Second and/or Third Layer of Protection). 

      • Includes 4  Outdoor Sensors used to provide early detection and deterrent

    3. Fourth Layer of Protection

      • Includes 1 Roller Door Sensor for the garage door. The system will alert you when the gate is open or closed. You can see the status of the garage door using your smartphone

    4. Fifth Layer of Protection​

      • Includes 6 Indoor PIR Sensors

  • Sensor Modes: All  sensors are programmed to work as ​Siren-Sensor and Voice-Sensor (these sensors can also work as Light-Sensor, Music-Sensor, and CCTV-Sensor if your system integrates with lights, music and CCTV systems respectively) 

  • Voice Alert Speakers: 4 on the outside for deterrent and 2 on the inside for system alert

  • Integration Devices: 1 existing gate motor and 1 existing garage door motor

    • You can control these devices using your remote controls, alarm keypad, and your smartphones

  • Mobile App: An Ethernet module will be connected to your internet network to allow the use of  the mobile app to control the system and receive notifications

  • Warranty: 2 Years Warranty on Parts and Labour. This means there is nothing to pay if anything goes wrong in the first two years

  • Follow Up Visits: maximum of 2 hours per visit

    • First visit between 2 to 8 weeks after the installation date, to make minor adjustments to the programs and additional training, if required

    • Second visit any time up to 12 months after the installation date to make minor adjustments to the programs and additional training, if required

    • Third visit 24 months after the installation date for maintenance. This visit includes free replacement of the Controller's Backup Batteries
