Initial enquiry: Once we receive your initial enquiry, we will arrange a free consultation to understand exactly what you want. We spend time understanding your needs, your budget, your ideas. We guide you through the process, answer any questions you have and offer advice.
Detailed quote: Within three days we provide you with a comprehensive fixed lump sum quote that includes a scope of works, concept design, detailed costs and an installation program. We ensure that the solution meets your requirements.
System design: Next we design your ideal system. Whether that includes security that protect your family, your home or your business. Or creating an automated smart home with the benefit of integrated 24-hour security. We design the system to suit your goals and budget.
Installation and maintenance: Throughout your project we communicate with you to ensure that your requirements are met. And if you have your own electrician, we organise our project schedule to make sure we are with them on the day they are doing the job. Otherwise, we can bring our own electrician to do the electrical work. No project is too complex or too small for us.
Training: We understand that having the latest technology in your home is exciting – whether that is for security or a smart home automation. However, it can be daunting to know how to use it. That’s why we spend dedicated time to show you how your system works. We take as much time as you need to make sure you are confident how to use it. And if you ever have any questions later, we are always happy to answer them.
Monitoring: For total peace of mind security, we provide our 24-hour monitoring service. Best of all, we don't sign you to a contract, which means you can enter or exit our monitoring service anytime.
We Offer Free Extended Warranty
We extend our standard labour warranty of one year to match the part warranty provided by the manufacturers, which is typically two or three years. This means if anything ever goes wrong during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. No questions asked.
